Joel was born and raised in the farmlands of northern Scandinavia, but quickly became disenchanted with the simple life of a goat herder and made plans to escape to the big cities of America that he’d seen in books. Since stepping off the boat in 1994, Joel has helped create a site that became Yahoo! Games, authored three books, including one New York Times Bestseller, and created a top-sellling iPhone application.

Dan got his start as an engineer for NASA during the Apollo missions. After a regrettable incident involving bubble gum, a booster rocket, and a NASA trained chimpanzee, Dan retired and became the Vice President of Ideas at InfoMedia, Inc. Dan is widely recognized as the go to guy for top ten lists and the premier namer of flatulence for mobile software applications.
